Born in Damascus-Syria 1938.
- Graduated from Faculty of Fine Arts (Painting Department) – Cairo 1965.
- Higher Studies in the National High School of Fine Arts – Paris 1972.
-Teacher of Higher Studies in Painting Department- Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus.
-Worked in the Syrian press; raising the level of the illustrations and graphics in it.

- 1995 The Jury Prize in the International Biennale of Cairo.
- 2004 Honor Diploma in the international Biennale of Cairo.
- 2005 Premier Syrian Medal of Merit.
• His artworks are acquired by The Syrian Ministry of Culture\ National Museum of Damascus\ The Syrian Presidential Palace\ Dummar Museum.
• Had many experiences in journalistic drawing field, children-book’s drawing, and writing in the fine-art field.
